The Mesa County Water Association has a 23 year history of providing water education in Western Colorado. Founded in 1985 to bring Grand Valley water users together to understand the proposed Two Forks Reservoir Project, the organization has held well-attended “Water 101” courses on the basics of water law and policy for many years, as well as periodic forums on timely topics. ********************************************************************************************** UPPER COLORADO BASIN WATER FORUM To be hosted by the Water Center at Mesa State College - a joint project of MCWA and Mesa State (soon to be renamed Colorado Mesa University) October 31, 2011 Download the call for abstracts & call for sponsors. ********************************************************************************************** Join the Mesa County Water Association or make an additional donation on-line to support water education!
